Can I drink your teas every day?
Absolutely. Our blends are designed for daily use, though we always recommend checking with a healthcare professional—especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide with flat-rate and express options available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally for a flat-rate of $29.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen delivery method, but typically takes 2–8 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you chose 'local delivery', we will notify you the day that it will arrive.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes. If there are any issues with your order, please send an email to support@solyte.com.au and we'll make it right.
Can I buy your tea in stores?
